Eco Tuning
Eco Tuning
In times of fuel price increase the ECO-tuning for diesel engines is becoming an increasing priority. The focus is not the optimal performance improvement, but reducing the fuel consumption.
The efficiency of the engine by optimizing the software can be increased by up to 20% under normal drving conditions (low torque areas). This will also optimize the performance and the torque of the engine.
When does ECO-tuning make sense?
Basically for everyone who drives many kilometres throughout the year. In general, the potential savings
are at about 10 to 20%. Of course, this is also dependent on the vehicle. A BMW 530d has a higher fuel consumption than a VW Polo therefore the savings for the 530d are higher.
